Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen squash, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. cheese
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 c. stuffing for topping

Directions

    Cook onions, carrots and squash until tender.

    Mash squash in strainer.

    Add soup, cheese, sour cream, butter and 1 1/2 cups stuffing.

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Put all ingredients together and put in greased baking dish.

    Top with 1 cup stuffing.

    Cover and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
