Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen squash, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. cheese
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 c. stuffing for topping
Directions

1Cook onions, carrots and squash until tender.

2Mash squash in strainer.

3Add soup, cheese, sour cream, butter and 1 1/2 cups stuffing.

4Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish.

5Put all ingredients together and put in greased baking dish.

6Top with 1 cup stuffing.

7Cover and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
