Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 medium yellow squash
  • 1 large diced onion
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 slices bread crumbs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 lb. red rind cheese

Directions

    Cook squash and onion until done.

    Drain thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. While squash is still hot, whip together.

    Place in greased casserole dish. Cover with cheese. Cover to bake. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
