Squash Casserole

  • 2 lb. cooked yellow squash, drained and mashed
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 large onion (2 if desired)
  • 3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Cook in a casserole dish at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Sprinkle some stuffing over finished casserole.
