- 1 1/2 lb. zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 cube butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Directions

1Boil the zucchini and onions together for 5 minutes.

2Mix stuffing and butter.

3Put half of the mixture in a large baking dish. Combine squash, soup, sour cream and carrots.

4Pour over stuffing. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
