- 3 c. squash (zucchini and/or yellow)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- Ritz crackers, crushed to make 2 c. or 1 box Stove Top cornbread stuffing
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Cook squash until tender; drain.

2Mix all other ingredients and combine with squash.

3Pour into prepared casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until browned on top.
