- 1 pkg. cornbread mix, baked
- 2 lb. squash, cooked and seasoned
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. sage
- salt and pepper
- Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine the squash and milk; crumble in cornbread.

2Saute the onions, celery and bell pepper.

3Add soup, sage, salt and pepper. Mix with squash mixture.

4Sprinkle cheese over casserole and bake 1 hour at 350°.
