- 1 1/2 lb. squash, cut up (5 medium)
- 2 lb. potatoes, cut up (6 or 8)
- 1 pkg. Hillshire sausage, cut up
- 1 onion, cut up
- 1 bell pepper, cut up
- sliced Velveeta cheese (as many as needed to cover)
Directions

1Cook in electric frypan at 325°.

2Fry potatoes in oil to cover bottom of pan until halfway done.

3Add squash to potatoes.

4Cook about 10 minutes.

5Add onion and bell pepper.

6Cook until onion and bell pepper are done, stirring frequently.

7Add sausage.

8When sausage is done, cover the top with cheese until melted.

9Serve hot.
