Ingredients
- 1 lb. squash
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. grated cheese
- cracker crumbs
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook squash and onion together.

2Drain; mash well.

3Drain again.

4Melt margarine in 9-inch baking dish.

5Pour melted margarine into squash.

6Mix all ingredients well except cracker crumbs.

7Pour in casserole dish.

8Top with cracker crumbs.

9Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until firm and top is brown.
