- 6 medium squash
- 3 medium onions
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (16 oz.)
Directions

1Cut up squash, onions and carrots and cook until tender.

2Then add chicken soup and sour cream.

3Add margarine.

4Add herb stuffing.

5Mix well.

6Place in baking dish.

7Cover top with more crumbs and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 450°.

8Makes two casseroles.

9Freeze one for later, before baking.
