- 2 lb. cooked squash
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 large jar pimentos
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Melt margarine in large casserole dish.

2Add stuffing mix to coat.

3Remove half of stuffing and set aside for topping.

4Mix all other ingredients together and pour into casserole dish.

5Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
