  • 2 lb. cooked squash
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 large jar pimentos
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Melt margarine in large casserole dish.

    Add stuffing mix to coat.

    Remove half of stuffing and set aside for topping.

    Mix all other ingredients together and pour into casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
