  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs

    Mash cooked squash; add all the other ingredients.
