- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow squash
- 1 c. medium white sauce
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- 1 c. buttered crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash and onion together until tender in a small amount of salted water (salt to taste).

2Drain and combine with white sauce, American cheese and eggs.

3Turn into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with the buttered crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

4Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until browned.
