- 1 1/2 lb. squash (yellow) or 2 zucchini
- 1 large onion
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. sour cream
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Let cool about 15 minutes. Add soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and pimento.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Grease casserole dish.

5Melt butter; pour over herb dressing.

6Line bottom of dish with dressing, top with remaining dressing.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Serves 8 to 10.
