- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 1 large onion, sauteed in butter
- 8 oz. Velveeta
- 1 egg
- cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper

Directions

1Wash and cut up squash.

2Cook squash in salted water until tender.

3Drain and put in dish and chop it with fork a little bit. Add the beaten egg, onion and cheese to squash.

4Put cracker crumbs on top.

5Dot with butter.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
