- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 2 large onions
- 1 c. milk
- 8 oz. pkg. herb dressing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick melted butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. cheese (optional)
Directions

1Melt butter in large frying pan or deep pot.

2Cook squash, carrots and onion until tender, add remaining ingredients.

3Pour in baking dish and top with cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. (Makes a lot and freezes well.)
