- 1 lb. ground beef
- 6 bell peppers
- 1 c. rice
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
- grated cheese
Directions

1Cook rice.

2Cook ground beef in a large skillet.

3Add salt, rice and tomato sauce.

4Cut the top off of the bell peppers and clean out the inside.

5Stuff the ground beef mixture in the bell peppers.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Add cheese on top after 25 minutes.
