- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Drain well.

3Add butter and mix well.

4Fold in remaining ingredients.

5Place in buttered casserole dish and top with a thin layer of cracker crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
