  • 3 c. drained cooked squash (yellow or zucchini)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 2 small grated carrots
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Directions

    Mix stuffing and melted butter; set aside.

    Mix remaining ingredient in casserole plus 1/2 stuffing mix.

    Cover with rest of stuffing.

    Cook uncovered for 1/2 hour at 350°.
