- 3 c. drained cooked squash (yellow or zucchini)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 2 small grated carrots
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Directions

1Mix stuffing and melted butter; set aside.

2Mix remaining ingredient in casserole plus 1/2 stuffing mix.

3Cover with rest of stuffing.

4Cook uncovered for 1/2 hour at 350°.
