- 2 lb. squash, sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in boiling salted water for 5 minutes and drain.

2Combine soup, sour cream and carrots.

3Stir into drained, cool squash mixture.

4Combine stuffing with butter in saucepan over low heat.

5Spread half of stuffing mix in 4-quart baking dish.

6Spoon squash over dressing mix and top with rest of dressing mix.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

8Serves 12.
