- 1/4 small onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 to 6 small slices margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Ritz crackers
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Thinly slice squash into casserole dish.

2Dice onion over squash.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Add margarine over top of squash and onion.

5Beat egg into soup.

6Spread soup and egg over squash casserole.

7Crumble crackers over top of soup.

8Grate cheese over top of crackers.

9Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
