- 6 - 8 small yellow squash, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 bag Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- pimentos, diced
Directions

1Cook sliced squash and sliced onion until tender, drain.

2Add cheese while squash is hot.

3Add dressing mix, chicken soup and pimento.

4Mix well.

5Pour into baking dish and bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
