- 2 lb. squash
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. cheese, grated
- saltine crackers, crushed
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 can evaporated milk
Directions

1Boil squash, onion and margarine until vegetables are tender; drain.

2Add cheese and saltines.

3Mix eggs and milk; add to squash.

4Pour into a greased baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
