- 6 yellow squash
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook squash with onion and drain.

2Salt and pepper to taste. Combine in saucepan the soup, butter and milk.

3When melted, add squash and pour into baking dish.

4Top with cheese and bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes.
