Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash, cooked tender, seasoned, mashed and drained
  • 2 medium onions, cut fine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Melt oleo and pour over herb stuffing crumbs and stir.

    Line a 3-quart baking dish with half the crumbs.

    Mix other ingredients and pour over bread crumbs.

    Put rest of crumbs on top.

    Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

    May be frozen.
