- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 2 (18 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- Ritz crackers, crumbled
Directions

1Mix the sugar and melted oleo; add flour, stirring until smooth.

2Add juice and pineapple chunks.

3Top with grated cheese. Crumble Ritz crackers over to cover evenly.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Good with baked ham.
