- 2 c. squash
- onion
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cook squash with onion.

2Drain off water and mash squash. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper.

3Add cracker crumbs and sugar.

4Put in dish and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 375°.

5Place grated cheese on top during last five minutes.
