- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Mash squash.

2Add next 5 ingredients.

3Melt butter; mix into cornbread stuffing.

4Add 1/2 of this into squash.

5Place into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.

6Top with remaining mixture.
