  • 2 c. cooked and drained squash
  • 1 c. chopped onion, cooked with squash
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 stick melted oleo

Directions

    Mash cooked squash and onion; mix other ingredients well and mix with squash.

    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.

    Bake at 375° about 40 minutes.
