- 2 lb. squash
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash until tender and mash.

2Add salt, pepper, butter, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs.

3Beat egg and add milk.

4Add to squash mixture.

5Bake in ungreased casserole dish for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
