- 2 c. squash, cooked
- 1 small onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Dice and cook squash, onion, salt and butter until tender. Drain squash; add sour cream and soup.

2Mix 1/2 butter or margarine to squash.

3Spread other 1/2 over top.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
