- 2 lb. fresh squash
- 1 c. butter
- 1 lb. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 large chopped onions
Directions

1Cook squash until tender; drain.

2While hot, add cheese, butter, bread crumbs and onions.

3Stir; add canned milk.

4Stir; pour in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.
