- 2 c. cooked squash
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread mix
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook squash and onion.

2Drain.

3Melt margarine in casserole dish.

4Cover bottom with corn bread mix.

5Save some to sprinkle on top of casserole.

6Mix remainder of corn bread mix with rest of ingredients.

7Sprinkle top with corn bread mix.

8Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until brown on top.
