- 1 lb. yellow squash, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
- 1/4 lb. crackers, crumbled
Directions

1Boil squash and onion in salted water until tender, drain and mash.

2Add margarine, soup and most of the crumbs.

3Pour into buttered casserole.

4Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

5Dot with additional margarine.

6Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
