- 1 1/2 c. cooked squash
- 1 c. medium sharp cheese, diced
- 2 small carrots, grated
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 3 tsp. onions, chopped
- 3 tsp. butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoning stuffing mix
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except the herb seasoning stuffing mix.

2Add sour cream last.

3Pour into well-greased 6 x 12-inch baking dish.

4Add herb seasoning stuffing mix.

5Bake for 1 hour in a 350° oven.
