  • 1 1/2 c. cooked squash
  • 1 c. medium sharp cheese, diced
  • 2 small carrots, grated
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3 tsp. onions, chopped
  • 3 tsp. butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoning stuffing mix

    Combine all ingredients, except the herb seasoning stuffing mix.

    Add sour cream last.

    Pour into well-greased 6 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Add herb seasoning stuffing mix.

    Bake for 1 hour in a 350° oven.
