- 1 lb. yellow squash
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 eggs
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can Carnation milk
- 10 crackers, mashed fine
Directions

1Cook squash in small amount of water until tender.

2Pour off water.

3Put onion in oleo to saute; don't brown.

4Save enough oleo to grease casserole.

5Mix squash, onion and eggs with sugar and 1/2 of crackers.

6Put in casserole.

7Cover top with rest of crackers.

8Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until done at 350°.
