Squash Casserole

  • 2 lbs squash
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Dressing
  • 2 (diced) Jalapenos

Directions

    Cook squash- drain juice, add to all ingredients.

    Mix well. Place in 8 x 8 casserole dish.

    Top with cheese.

    Cook uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
