- 1 1/2 lb. summer squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash until soft enough to mash.

2Add onion and all other ingredients, except crumbs and butter.

3Put in greased casserole dish; sprinkle top with crumbs.

4Dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
