  • 3 to 4 c. cooked yellow summer squash
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 raw carrot, grated
  • about 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • little Accent
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
