- 7 small yellow squash
- 2 small onions
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- bread crumbs
- 1 can tomatoes
- Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook first five ingredients until tender in a small amount of water.

2Add can of tomatoes (undrained).

3Place in casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese.

4Top with melted margarine and bread crumb mixture.

5Bake in 350° oven for about 30 minutes, until bread crumbs are brown and cheese is melted.
