- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pinch sugar
- 8 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Add herb stuffing.

3Blend and set aside.

4Steam squash, onion and sugar together for 5 minutes only. Drain.

5Add soup and sour cream.

6Blend together.

7Line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with 2/3 of the stuffing mixture.

8Pour squash mixture on top.

9Sprinkle remaining 1/3 of stuffing mixture on top.

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
