- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick margarine (melted)
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
- 8 squash
- 1 large onion
- 2 c. cheddar cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash and onion together until tender. Drain. Mash and mix in margarine, soup, and bread crumbs. Add 1 1/4 c. cheese. Beat eggs and milk together. Stir in. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
