  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 stick margarine (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
  • 8 squash
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook squash and onion together until tender. Drain. Mash and mix in margarine, soup, and bread crumbs. Add 1 1/4 c. cheese. Beat eggs and milk together. Stir in. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
