- 1 c. cooked yellow squash, salted and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of onion soup
- 1 small carton sour cream (fat-free)
- 1 carrot, cut up fine (optional)
- 1 medium onion, cut up fine
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbal stuffing
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, except stuffing, and place in layers in a casserole dish.

2Layer squash mixture, then a layer of herbal stuffing.

3Do this until all of squash mixture is used.

4Top with herbal stuffing and sprinkle with butter.

5Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
