- 6 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1Steam squash and onion until tender.

2Drain.

3Add eggs and cracker crumbs.

4Season to taste.

5Add cheese and mix well. Place in greased casserole dish.

6Top with butter and additional cracker crumbs.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
