Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 medium yellow squash
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Dice squash and boil for 5 minutes.

    Dice onion and mix with sour cream.

    Drain squash well.

    Mix with all ingredients, except bread crumbs.
  5. 5
    Pour into medium size casserole dish. Spread bread crumbs on top and bake at 350° until the center bubbles, approximately 30 minutes.
