- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 3/4 c. butter, melted and divided
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz. cheese, grated*
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
Directions

1Defrost potatoes.

2Combine 6 tablespoons butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.

3Blend all with defrosted potatoes.

4Pour mixture into greased large casserole.

5Mix remaining butter with cornflakes and sprinkle over mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
