- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. squash
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 2 grated carrots
- 2 grated onions
- butter
- 1 stick or 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix
Directions

1Wash, slice, cover with water and boil squash until tender. Drain off water in colander.

2In large bowl, mix sour cream, chicken soup, carrots and onions, sauteed first with a little butter.

3Mix well and fold in cooked squash.
