  • 6 whole Carrots
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil Or Canola
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 dash Salt

    Slice carrots thinly, then in a large fry pan, saute ginger in oil for 30 seconds. Add carrots and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until tender. Add sugar and salt and cook until lightly browned. Serve.
