- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 c. cheese chips (Cheese It snack crackers)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil squash until tender in water; drain and mash.

2Brown onion in oil; add to squash.

3Cook for a few minutes.

4Add cheese chips, salt and pepper to taste; mix well.

5Put in casserole and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
