Squash Casserole

  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1 c. cheese chips (Cheese It snack crackers)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Boil squash until tender in water; drain and mash.

    Brown onion in oil; add to squash.

    Cook for a few minutes.

    Add cheese chips, salt and pepper to taste; mix well.

    Put in casserole and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
