- 6 large squash
- 2 medium onions
- 1 pkg. herb stuffing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
- 1 (4 oz.) can pimentos
- 1 can water chestnuts, cut fine
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Melt butter and add to stuffing mix.

2Cook squash and onions together.

3Drain and mash.

4Add all other ingredients to the squash.

5In casserole dish, put 1/2 of stuffing in bottom, then all of the squash mixture, then remaining 1/2 of the stuffing over top.

6Bake at 350°

7for about 30 to 45 minutes.

8Freezes well.
