  • 2 c. squash, boiled in salt water
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 15 oz. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl.

    Melt butter and mix with dressing mix.

    Put 1/2 crumbs in casserole dish.

    Add other ingredients.

    Top with remaining crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
